Project Brief

Coursework for Master’s Degree

The goal of this animatic was based on the idea of truth through knowledge.  Based on a poem I wrote titled Simple Glasses, the short film uses a fantastical backdrop of an imaginary universe to show what truth looks like with and without knowledge.

The assets and cameras were created in Maya and imported into After Effects, two programs which do not speak the same language.  This was a challenge, but it allowed me to utilize the strengths of each program.
